30 and 45 minutes -work best for area specific treatments, like neck and shoulder or feet and legs, or for those that can’t handle or need longer sessions, for example, children and the elderly.
60 minutes - the most popular as ‘Full Body’ European-style (Swedish) Massage or Full Body with a focus to a specific area.
90 minutes - great for someone of a larger stature, or combining a European with an Asian-style treatment like Reflexology or Shiatsu.
120 minutes - A two hour massage sounds wonderful, but it isn't for everybody! Recommended for those with very tight muscles or under stress consistently or larger people. Call us to discuss if it's for you.
Massage therapy is covered by NYSHIP and No-Fault Insurance.
Many other plans cover massage through flex savings accounts or reimbursement. Please call your carrier and inquire of their policies.
All treatments, covered by insurance, must be prescribed by a physician.
Tipping is absolutely not required. You may offer a gratuity for outstanding service at your own discretion.
